Details

Dr. Paul Ebner is an associate professor of Animal Sciences at Purdue University. He received his BA from Kalamazoo College and both his MS and Ph.D. from the University of Tennessee. Dr. Ebner earned several awards in 2016, including the Outstanding Extension Specialist from the College of Agriculture, the Leadership Award from PUCESA, and the Bravo Award from Purdue. His research interests include Microbiology, phage therapy and biology, the development of safe and effective antibacterial therapies for use in food animals, and the characterization of the roles different management practices play in foodborne disease transmission.
