Dr. Aaron Franklin received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University in 2008. Afterward, he spent six years as a researcher working for IBM in Yorktown Heights, New York. His research interests include low-dimensional nanoelectrons with a specific emphasis on carbon nanotube transistors and advanced integration approaches.
