Vitamin E Metabolites for Inflammatory Disease Treatment
Dr. Qing Jiang is an Associate Professor of Nutrition Science at Purdue University. Dr. Jiang earned a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from Washington State University. In 2011, she was awarded the E.L.R. Stokstad Award from the American Society for Nutrition for outstanding fundamental research in nutrition and selected as a Purdue Entrepreneurial Leadership Academy Fellow. Her current research focuses on vitamin E metabolites as anti-inflammatory agents, anti-cancer agents, and asthma.
