Dr. Somali Chaterji is an Assistant Professor of Agricultural and Biological Engineering at Purdue University. Dr. Chaterji leads the Innovatory for Cells and Neural Machines laboratory at Purdue University. She earned a PhD in Biomedical Engineering at Purdue University and completed Postdoctoral work in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Texas at Austin and in Computer Science at Purdue University. Dr. Chaterji's research interests include machine learning, nanofabrication, synthetic biology, biological engineering, data science, and data agriculture.
