Dr. Supriyo Datta is the Thomas Duncan Distinguished Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at Purdue University. He received his B.Tech from the Indiana Institute of Technology, and his M.S. and Ph.D. from the University of Illinois. Dr. Datta is a Fellow of the American Physical Society (APS) and the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE). His research focuses on the physics of nanostructures with emphasis on electronic transport, including spin electronics, nanoscale device physics, molecular electronics, mesoscopic superconductivity, and mesoscopic transport.
