Dr. Mark Lehto is a Professor of the School of Industrial Engineering and Director of the Discovery-to-Delivery Center, at Purdue University. He received his M.S.I.E. from Purdue in 1981 followed by his Ph.D. from the University of Michigan. Dr. Lehto has taught and developed several courses within the School of Industrial Engineering, including classes on Safety Engineering, Engineering Economics, Industrial Ergonomics, and Work Design. His research interest include human factors, technical assistance program (TAP), safety engineering, and hazard communication and decision support systems.
