Dr. Bob McCullouch is a Research Scientist, a Continuing Lecturer, and Director of the 3iD research group in Construction Engineering and Management at Purdue University. He is also the Program Manager of the Indiana Local Technical Assistance Program (LTAP), which provides technical assistance and training to the highway, road, and street departments of Indiana's counties, cities, and towns. Dr. McCullouch earned a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University and an M.S. and Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Auburn University. His work focuses on designing, constructing, or teaching temporary structures.
