Dr. Joshua Widhalm is an Associate Professor of Horticulture in the Department of Horticulture & Landscape Architecture at Purdue University. Dr. Widhalm earned his Ph.D. in Agronomy at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. His research interests include: plant natural product metabolism, synthetic biology, and functional genomics. His research group is focused on translating discoveries about pathway genes, architecture, and regulation into metabolic engineering strategies for sustainable agriculture.
