Dr. Stephen Byrn is the Charles B. Jordan Professor of Medicinal Chemistry at Purdue. Professor Byrn received his bachelor's degree in Chemistry from DePauw University and his Ph.D. in Organic and Physical Chemistry from the University of Illinois. Currently, Dr. Byrn's research focuses on solid state chemistry of pharmaceutical drugs, polymorphs, nanoparticles and amorphous materials.
