Dr. Xinghang Zhang is a Professor of Materials Engineering at Purdue University. He received his B.S. from Jilin University, his M.S. from the Institute of Metal Research, and his Ph.D. from North Carolina State University. Dr. Zhang was a post-doc fellow at Los Alamos National Lab. Dr. Zhang's research interests include nanostructured metallic systems, coupling materials processing with characterization and testing on a wide range of nanostructured metals in both ambient and harsh environments.
