Dr. John E. Haddock is a Professor of Civil Engineering at Purdue University and Director of Indiana Local Technical Assistance Program (IN LTAP). Dr. Haddock received his B.S. and M.S.C.E. degrees from Purdue University and his Ph.D. from Auburn University. Dr. Haddock's research interests include bituminous materials and mixture design; pavement design; nondestructive pavement testing; pavement materials, including aggregates and soil; pavement management; and pavement failure investigation.
