Dr. Dharmendra Mishra is an Assistant Professor of Food Science at Purdue University. Dr. Mishra received his B.S. in Agricultural Engineering from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, India, and his M.S. and Ph.D. in Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering from Michigan State University. Dr. Mishra's research interests relate to food processing and technology development, which includes integrating engineering, chemistry, and microbiology through food and beverage processing unit operations to produce safe, high quality, and value-added products.
